A unique option that I offer clients is online therapy. Online therapy is special in its own way because you can sit and chat with me from the comfort of your own home, office, car, or wherever feels most comfortable for you. If you choose to see me via teletherapy, we would meet online, on a platform similar to Skype.

Often times, one of the biggest barriers to therapy is actually getting into the office for an appointment. Life is busy, full of commitments and sometimes that hour a week can be hard to fit in between work, home and personal life.
