I graduated from Vanguard University with my masters in Clinical Psychology. I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings. I specialize in working with teens, young adults and individuals struggling with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relational issues and personality disorders. I also have a passion for helping moms navigate motherhood because I know how hard it can be trying to do all the things and keep all the balls in the air. Aside from being a therapist, I am a wife and a mother to two young children. I enjoy reading, traveling, cooking and being outside in the sun. |

I am compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. My hope is to assist clients in finding their inner strengths to navigate life with more ease. I was raised in the Palm Springs area and grew up in a multicultural family. I completed my Master of Arts degree at Hope International University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working in community mental health with individuals, families and children on various topics such as relationship, cultural, and behavioral challenges, self-esteem, trauma, phase of life transitions, anxiety and depressive disorders. |

I realize and understand that opening up and allowing yourself to be vulnerable with someone new may feel uncomfortable and for that reason I am committed to working at your pace as you take this important step. I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist who specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy and received my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Relationships are important for dealing with people in all walks of life. That’s where I come in. Feeling stressed, anxious or just need to vent? Therapy promotes a healthy environment where clients can become empowered, take charge of their own narrative and live life the way that fills their cup. Sometimes seeing a situation from a different perspective is all you need to understand what it is you need to do to make it better. I use multiple modalities to help my clients have their own unique experience and treatment. I believe that a collaborative experience between the client and therapist help the client to grow and learn in a positive way that promotes overall wellness. I have experience working with clients from different ages, life experiences and cultural backgrounds.
